Forgiveness is a reset.
Legends, Spirit Warriors—holding on to hurt keeps us stuck in the old way.

Resentment = holding the hurt. It drains our energy. It keeps the loop going.

We built the old systems together—us and our ancestors.
When we pick “sides,” we create separation.
Today we choose something better: own it → learn → act with care.

The argument with the old is over; we live the new—now, together.

The Release Steps (2 minutes):

• Breathe. Feel where the tight spot is—jaw, chest, or belly.

• Say it. “I call back my energy. I release you. Lesson complete.”

• Bless + boundary. Wish them well, and keep a healthy door closed.

• Do one small good thing. A call, a note, a kind act—move the world you are building.

As we let the hurt go, we get lighter.
Blame → power.
Separation → unity.
Feeling stuck → clear steps.

If this lands, breathe once more and whisper: “Energy returned. Pattern dissolved.”
