Forgiveness ≠ a favour. It’s a frequency reset.

Legends, Spirit Warriors—resentment is the glue that keeps us stuck to the old program. Every replayed hurt is another deposit into the very system we say we’re outgrowing.

We all helped build those old systems—us and our ancestors—through action, silence, benefit, or survival. So while we’re nudged into “imaginary sides,” we accidentally manufacture separation. The loop continues: blame → defence → more of the same.

Today we choose a higher pattern: accountability → integration → coherence. Forgiveness here isn’t about excusing harm; it’s how we stop funding the past with our life-force. Resentment is heavy gravity. Release is reclaimed momentum.

The argument with the old is over; we live the new—now, together.

The Release Protocol (2 minutes):

• Breathe & locate. Feel where the charge sits—jaw, chest, gut. Name it.

• Call it back. “I call back my energy. I release you. Contract complete. Lesson integrated.”

• Bless & boundary. Wish them healing without reopening the door. That’s sovereignty, not naiveté.

• Transmute through action. Do one small, tangible act that nourishes the world you say you’re building.

As we clear the charge, capacity expands. Separation → oneness. Blame → empowerment. Scarcity → wise stewardship. If this lands, breathe once more and whisper: “Energy returned. Pattern dissolved.” Then move one step in alignment.
